Utopia Broker Solutions was formed by 3 ex-mortgage brokers knowing we were able to provide the service a mortgage broker really wants. Over 40 years industry experience really helps us provide what we have been told is an excellent personal and efficient service. Having been advisers gives us a clearer understanding of the full mortgage process and what the client expects from you as a broker. With this in mind our packaging procedures have been built around what we as advisers required from a packager. We understand how important Utopia’s service to you can translate on to the service you provide to your client, this is why our procedures are structured in a broker orientated way helping you give the highest quality service to your client. We have set procedures on dealing with each case, however we realise that there are times when the broker requires things to be carried out differently. For example, instructing the survey and references on an urgent application prior to us receiving the original documents, flexibility is our forte.
