Due to the continuing success of Utopia broker solutions in the mortgage and secured loan packaging, the company decided that there was a need to offer a service to brokers for Bridging Finance. The decision was taken towards the end of 2007 to form a new company with a dedicated commercial team, that company being Utopia commercial.

Many packagers already offer a commercial service, however the aim of Utopia differs in that we do not just pass your enquiry on, we deal with the case from start to finish; placement through to completion.
